Is the home an extension?
No. Every Aventura is a self-contained home with its own front door, kitchen and bathroom. It stands apart from the main house.
Does the XLarge fit the expected Dutch family-home rules?
At 77 m² the home stays under the expected maximum of 100 m². That maximum applies to all ancillary buildings on your plot together, so an existing shed or garage counts. That is an expectation and not guaranteed.
How quickly will the home be on my plot?
After your order we build the home in 16 weeks in the factory. Placing it on your plot usually takes 1 to 2 days. The foundation and connections are already in place by then.
Is this home allowed on my plot?
That depends on your plot and your municipality. The Aventura is designed to be able to qualify as permit-free: 3 metres high, flat roof and well under 100 m². Dutch rules for a permit-free family home are expected to change on 1 January 2027, but that is not guaranteed. Until then, permanent residence in an extra home usually requires a permit. You apply for that permit yourself. We share the architectural documents you need free of charge. Message us your plot details first.
What is the difference between the packs?
With Essential you finish the home yourself. Comfort is technically complete with bathroom, boiler and heat pump (solar panels are an option in your quote), and you choose the kitchen and floor. Prestige is fully finished, including kitchen, floor and automatic screens: all that is left is moving in.
How does the waiting list work?
You sign up free of charge and without obligation. The order in which you sign up determines when it is your turn. We call you to go through your situation and walk through the next steps together.
Do you build outside the Netherlands?
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Interested from elsewhere in Europe? Message us and we will look at what is possible.
